Claire was trained through the EMDR Institute, with advanced training in utilizing EMDR with complex and severe trauma and dissociation, and has conducted over 1,000 sessions.
EMDR stands for Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. EMDR is a heavily researched, effective and rapid method for treating and resolving the pain of trauma or any negative life experience. Using “bilateral stimulation”- most commonly side to side movements with the eyes- EMDR activates the brain’s natural ability to process, decrease activation around, and come into new understanding of painful memories.
EMDR is also used to address depression, anxiety, phobias, nightmares, and addiction.
Research shows 80-90% effectiveness in the treatment of PTSD in half the time of traditional talk therapy.

Psychedelic- Assisted Therapy (PAT) is the new frontier of mental health treatment, with astounding data in the treatment of a multitude of conditions such as PTSD, anxiety, and depression through deep reconnection to the soul, the earth, and spirit. PAT has the profound ability to reach places in the soul that traditional therapy cannot.
Claire is a certified psychedelic- assisted therapy (PAT) provider. She has had the privilege of participating in an extensive year long program studying the clinical approach to PAT through Integrative Psychiatric Institute and MAPS. But perhaps most importantly, she has also been a student of medicine women and spiritual mentors, who have deeply imbedded a connection to the ceremonial and spiritual traditions of this work.
Ultimately, Claire aims to combine the precision and safety of the clinical realm with the deep sacredness and spiritual connection these medicines are steeped in.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) or “parts work” aims to help us understand that we are not “singlular”, but rather made up of many parts of self; each of which may have different desires, triggers, opinions, and ages. From this angle, we can better understand inner conflict, seemingly confusing behavior, and opposing desires.
By acknowledging and understanding our parts, and understanding that none are “bad”, we are able to move towards feeling whole and in alignment.

Sometimes all we need is a space to give language to our experiences. To be heard and seen in a safe place where our vulnerability will be held and honored without judgement or repercussions is a great gift. I would be honored to hold this space with and for you!

Simply put, meditation is sitting with what IS, not what was or what might be. Meditation is one of the best ways to build a relationship with, and learn to trust yourself.
This simple practice unlocks our ability to find peace and listen to our inner knowing; the place in us that instinctively knows where to go and how to heal. We are our own greatest guide, and meditation shows us how to access the compass that will always point us in the right direction.
When we ask questions of or pray to a higher power or force, the second part of the equation that many miss is learning to listen to the often subtle guidance that follows. Learning to meditate opens us up to receiving what is beyond us.

Claire was trained and mentored by a Reiki Kaurna Master and dear friend.
Reiki is a Japanese technique that harnesses the life energy that surrounds us to promote healing. “Energy work”, as a more general term, is a method used- either hands on or hands off- to help clients move stuck or stale energy or emotions from their bodies. Claire believes in the power of teaching clients how to shift their own energy, but also recognizes that a little extra help may give someone the window they need to make changes in their life.
